Community Leader Agreement

  1. This agreement will commence immediately upon submission and will continue for a period of two years (24 months).
  2. I agree to send out the daily and flash sale offers information to my followers/customers
  3. I agree to run campaigns to sell more products.
  4. I agree to a commission of 5% of the total sales (does not include cancelled orders) and to receive payments via bank transfer.
  5. I agree to a 1 month training period and a 6 month probation period
  6. I agree that this agreement shall be effective for a two year term (24 months) at the end of which it will automatically and continuously renew for subsequent twenty four (24) month terms.
  7. I agree to not engage in any promotional or marketing activities with the any of the Baqalaat’s competitors with a similar offering.
  8. I agree that the platform shall be entitled to advertise and promote my appearance engaging in the service during the contract period. 
  9. I hereby acknowledge and agree that Baqalaat may use my name, photographs, likeness, facsimile signature and any other promotional materials in all of such promotions, advertising or other activities used to increase traffic.
  10. I agree in case of non-compliance of the terms by any of the involved parties, either party may terminate the contract after sending a written notice to the other party 14 days prior to the termination, without any prejudice to the rights of both parties towards each other.
  11. I agree in the case of the Community Leader fails to meet the sales target, the Platform may terminate the contract or request the Community Leader to undergo further training.
  12. I agree in case of any changes to the contract, it must be agreed upon in writing by both Baqalaat and myself.
  13. I accept that both the Platform and the Community Leader undertake to maintain and not to disclose the confidential information that either have the right to access. Both parties also undertake not to use this confidential information except in the case of the disclosure by any party or at the request of a judicial or regulatory authority or the necessary disclosure in the implementation of the rule of law.
  14. I accept that the agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the respective country. 

THIS CONTRACT constitutes the sole, complete, and binding agreement between the Community Leader (myself) and Platform (Baqalaat).
